I hate not being appreciated for what I do or how hard I work at something. Giving me a cheap token of appreciation while I know you gave the same thing to my mother in addition to a (very nice) gift you gave her a few days ago makes me more angry and hurt than if you gave me nothing at all.

It's been a long time since my last update and I've been neglecting divineguardian especially @_@ *glomps her* I'll try to reply to all the comments I've gotten later today or tomorrow.

I posted my very short St.Patrick day Seto/Jou drabble on fanfiction.net a few days ago(yes I know its way past St.Patrick's day but I needed a story there^^) and I got 4 reviews^^(OK I got one because I know her from a yahoo group but it was still a review)
They have extended the pet food recall to past november so I now know almost for sure that they killed Angel...>.< Anyone wanna go there and help me kill them? *wishes she knew she was joking at this point* They have also added to the ingredients that could be bad and another company has came forward with infected food too @_@ I'm really afraid to feed my cats anything at this point and the news isn't helping any, it seems that people have been calling vets and asking how to make home made pet diets(a very good idea if you ask me) and the vets have been refusing to tell them @_@ It seems making your pet a home made diet is "wrong" because it might not be nutritionally complete(umm duh that's why people where calling and asking you how to do it) and you should just keep buying food from the stores and keep up with the recall list, but they updating the list dipwads @_@ I'm starting to think the pet food company's are paying my local vets off...

Yup, you read my mood right I'm enraged I'll put why I'm enraged under a cut(expect very bad words @_@)I doubt I'll even use that mood icon again since I tend to be a placid person.
Before I rant some good things have happened. I got my purse^^ It's the one on the list of stuff I want the Chinese Lanterns one. I got lots of used books at a library book sale^^ and I've generally been feeling well(which is saying something since I tend to be sick)but then something had to ruin it:

I am ENRAGED,PISSED,and LIVID just to name a few!!!! You asses,how could you wait so long to recall the food! Nine of your own test animals died and you still waited 3 weeks before doing anything! How could rat poison even get in the food!! If I even find out which asshole was responsible they will have to stop me from hurting you!!

It's in a friends locked post but my cat Angel died at the beginning of this year. She wasn't feeling well around Christmas(she had arthritis)but our car was broke and we could only get cat food from walmarts and besides the dry I picked up a few cans of Iams for Angel since it has fairly decent ingredients and she took better to wet. I didn't feed her it right away but soon after feeding it to her she started getting very sick and she ended up dying in the vets on January 3rd.
Her bladder literally fell apart once she got to the vet's and he said he had never seen that before. He said it was probably an infection of some kind and she was probably sick for awhile and it wasn't our fault but I blamed myself anyway. I thought I was a bad owner for not noticing she was sick before then but now I'm thinking she wasn't really sick before she ate that food.
The food I fed her was the same kind that's being recalled and if it was bad then the problem goes back a lot farther then they think. I've never sued for anything before and I probably wouldn't do it for anything again but I would in this in a heart beat.
Angel was not a belonging or a thing I LOVED her!! I had her since I was 11 and I thought I would have 5 or 6 more years with her.
I'm a peaceful person and I hate violence but God help the person responsible for this if I even get my hands on them...

The car is back!! I love you car, lets never fight again^^
They said it would be fixed Monday or Tuesday but it wasn't fixed until today @_@ Well at least it's fixed...

I'm still sick and I found out who probably made me sick in the first place,the landlord...@_@ He came back a few days ago and sprayed for bugs and was talking about how sick he'd been a week ago which was about the same time he was "fixing" the leak. My mother was sick too for a few days and I had to take care of her even though I was sick, so thank you for sharing your germs with us bastard.

Totally off topic but has anyone else heard "Runaway Love" and if you did did it make you wanna go find the the artist and writer and beat them with a stick? Or is that just me?^^

Of snowstorms and injured deer

I've finally managed to get some sleep so I can finally post^^ *everyone who reads this journal screams in horror at the thought of another post*

It didn't snow before Christmas, it didn't snow on or after Christmas, in early January we got about 1/4th of a inch that fell overnight and melted before I could show it to my mother so guess what happened the last day of January^^ We got about 4 inches(the groundhog lied^^)it's melted now(mostly @_@)but we got a bit more snow after the first storm,just after almost all of it had melted.

After the first storm I found some tracks between the cars that looked like deer tracks but they weren't quite right so I went and got my animal track booklet to see if they where something else.
The book said they where deer too @_@ When I looked at them closer I found a few with dew claw marks so they where definitely deer but since they where spaced kinda randomly and all over the place and dew claw marks only tend to appear when there running or galloping and there was definitely no space to do that between the cars I think it might have been hurt and staggering around a bit.Its kinda strange thinking about a deer around here because though there are tons of deer in this area there aren't any forests too near our apartment.
I hope its ok,I like deer(not in the way all the hunters who flock here every year do though @_@)

My mother called me a old soul this morning she says its not an insult but well... She further said that she thinks I've been an old soul since I was about five @_@ I do admit to being different then other children,more fond of silence and my own quiet thoughts and dreams then my peers and I've been told that I'm both wise,philosophical,and naive(strange mix)but still.

Car cults!!

I was to lazy to post this yesterday but my mom had a adventure with the new car. She left at about 8 yesterday mourning to go to the bank, I was dead in bed(winter reeks havoc on my already brittle asthma so I tend to be sick in the morning) Shortly after she left I got up ate and poked my neopets you know normal morning stuff^^ She hadn't came back yet but I figured she was doing other things, boy was I wrong.
She came back at about noon looking frazzled and I got a story. It seems as she was going to the bank the coolant light went off, thinking it might be the oil she parked at the bank to check the oil and water levels and found no oil in the car @_@ Thinking she might be wrong she asked a man at the bank and he looked and said and I quote "There's no oil in this car." The man(very nice man^^)gave her a quart of oil to put into the car and she took it back to Wal-Mart's thinking that they had drained the oil and not put any back in.
They checked the oil and it was on overflow,I'm not sure if its a quirk of our car or lots of cars but it seems when the oils freshly changed it looks like the car has no oil @_@ Wal-Mart's drained and refilled the oil free of charge (cause they want us to shop there more^^ *hums Big Box Mart*) and my mother went to a mechanic to figure out why the light was going off and his tests said nothing was wrong,and thus she came home.
We checked the internet and it seems the coolant light thing is a common problem in this kind of car and it told us how to fix it.We also found out our car has a cult^^(ok maybe not a "cult")It seems that they stopped making it in 2000 and there's large groups of people who LOVE the car and share maintenance tips to keep the car running forever,slightly creepy though of course I love and worship the New Beetle^^

My mother got a interview for a teaching job yesterday,she doesn't think she did well but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Lord knows she's overqualified,now if they would just see that...

We got a new car today^^(well its used but its new to us)It's a 1996 green Ford Contour and I think it will be a good car^^ Hopefully we can bring the old car home and repair her later,I'd feel bad abandoning her she's a good car we where just better off getting a new one than fixing her right now.

We took the new car to Wal-Mart to have the oil changed and we have an appointment to have some things fixed at a mechanic(not Wal-Mart's)We visited Aunt Lorene's(She's my Great Aunt really)after we bought the car and told her where we were getting the oil changed,before we left she warned us to make sure we told them that we had no shopping to do(she thinks they take longer at Wal-Mart's because they want you to shop while your waiting and I think she's right^^)But for some reason I was reminded of this...

I'm sad and depressed but not really for my own sake if that even makes sense.Yesterday I went Christmas Caroling with my church(it's not really my church yet but that's another story)we went to two nursing homes and it was horrid. What makes it worse is that I think we went to two GOOD nursing homes(the second one was better than first I think)I think the people there were well cared for but they where so alone.
We gave them each a few ornaments to go on there tree and they where so happy to get ANYTHING! Where are there family some of them must have someone,Christmas is only a few days away and these people are alone.One of the people who went there last year said that one of the women in the nursing home just wanted them to leave last Christmas because she was too sad to listen to carols.
I know that when people get older they often start to lose themselves,my grandmother was a ghost of herself during the last few months of her life and it was painful but she was still my grandmother and I loved her with all my heart no matter and so I can't help but feel that if these people have family out there that are not visiting them those family members need a kick to the head.

I just got Now that's what I call Christmas 3 and it seems The 12 days of Christmas sung by Relient K makes my cat Cricket go nuts.(She's deaf and can only hear things of a fairly high pitch)I'm kinda stuck between amused and "Oh no!" leaning more towards amused,I'm a bad person...
